  All goods supplied by Derbyshire Arms Ltd are sold subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers are to be aware of these conditions as a prerequisite to order or purchase and will be bound by the same.  
     
  Any variation in terms and conditions agreed to by Derbyshire Arms Ltd will only be valid if submitted in writing by the customer and agreed to in writing by Derbyshire Arms Ltd.  
     
  Upon order of any firearm a deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required. This deposit is only refundable for up to 7 days from the date of transaction thereafter any deposits are non-refundable.  
     
  Outstanding balance on orders to be paid on completion of work or on notification by Derbyshire Arms Ltd.  
     
  Collection or delivery of firearms is only possible in person due to UK law, however, firearms may be mailed to a RFD of the clients choice to be arranged by the client and all third party fees to be the responsibility of the client. Any other goods may be mailed with packing, insurance and carriage fees charged at the prevailing rate in use by Derbyshire Arms Ltd.  
     
  All UK customers ordering firearms must be in possession of the relevant valid certificate for the type of firearm being purchase. This certificate must be produced on demand on collection or delivery.  
     
  All prices are in pounds sterling and are subject to change without prior notice as too are any or all specifications and terms and conditions. All changes are legally binding and are at the discretion of Derbyshire Arms Ltd.  
     
  No liability is accepted for late completion or any delay incurred from supply problems, carriage congestion or any other reason. Such delays are not accepted as grounds for rescinding orders placed.  
     
  In the event of any mailed goods arriving damaged notification must be given within 48 hours. In any case damaged goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for replacement.  Any damage or fault on any goods to be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement or repair at the discretion of Derbyshire Arms Ltd whose decision in all cases is final.  
     
  Any damage incurred after this period is not the liability of Derbyshire Arms Ltd. Damage caused by misuse or excessive mishandling is not the responsibility of the vendor.  
     
  All firearms supplied are marked and tested by government proof house for measures of powder, shot and ball relevant to gauge. These limits should not be exceeded. Use black powder only. No responsibility whatsoever is taken by Derbyshire Arms Ltd for any misuse resulting in accident or injury. It is the responsibility of the owner to use goods supplied in a safe and proper manner and maintain the same in a safe and proper fashion.
